Suggest A Remedy For Severe Pain In Left Wrist And Lower Arm

My left wrist has been hurting for a couple of weeks, but today it started hurting to the point I can barely use it. I cannot bend my wrist or pick up items, even low weight items. Not sure if you can sprain your wrist or how it could have happened. The pain now goes up to my lower arm and hurts even when I am not using it.

Pain radiating from wrist to upper arm indicates compression of Median nerve.That is called Carpal tunnel syndrome.U may need to consult Neurologist.They will test u clinically as tinels test and nerve conduction studies.Wear carpal tunnel wrist splint in the night.R u a pure vegetarian?Then take Tetrafol tablet once a day for three months.Hope it may help u.
