Suggest A Remedy For Multiple Ulcers In Mouth, Gums, Tongue And Throat

I have several ulcers in my mouth , my gums , tongue , roof of my mouth , my throat , and 2 on the inside of my lip . I've been putting Vaseline on my lip and it has helped out a lot . I was wondering if it would be okay if I put it on the roof of my mouth also , that's where it's bothering me the most .

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from an aggressive case of Apthous ulcers that is leading to multiple ulcers in mouth,gums,throat, roof of mouth and inner lip..
It can occur due to causes like deficiency of iron and vitamin B12, stress, acid reflux, dry mouth, side effect of medicines, allergies etc.
You can apply Vaseline on roof of mouth too but only vaseline will not help..
I would therefore suggest you to start gargling with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
You can take a multivitamin tablet daily..
You can also take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Do warm saline gargles..
Gargle with soda bicarb solution. and bland diet..
Drink plenty of cool water and suck ice pops..
Maintain a good oral hygiene and use a non alcoholic antiseptic mouthwash to gargle..
Avoid hot and spicy food and take a soft
