Hello, I am Dr Mody and I would be addressing your concern.
Don't worry it's just stasis of blood due to contact pressure related to the position during sleeping. It's not a blood clot, and will go off in some hours to maximum a day. It's fairly common in fair skinned individuals. Just relax and wait for day. If you still feel apprehensive, see me the image so I can guide you better
