Suggest A Practice To Handle Stress At Work

Hi, can you give any practical advice on how to handle stress at work? There is no possiblity of changing jobs, we are seriously understaffed and there is no possibility of getting additional staff. The problem cannot be resolved at work - is there anything I can do to help me mentally 'detach' from the stress? I am trying to get more exercise but waking in the early hours thinking about files at work and am therefore too tired to exercise in the evening. Because of the fatigue, I do not have the energy to meet with friends...and I don't want to bore them with going on about work...they have their own much more serious issues. Thank you in advance - any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

first of all do have a positive intent in life...
always remember that
"play becomes work when you dont like it, and work becomes play when you like it"
always enjoy what you are doing..
dont have a negative attitude, that is dangerous
schedule your work for the next day in the previous night itself, and follow it..
do keep a spare time for you also, as you cannot work the whole day...
after finishing work at office and when you reach home, dont think about office work,,,
try meditations and yoga, it will build confidence in you...
go for a walk when you are free in the nature...
dont be stressed all time..
keep meeting your well wishers, share thoughts with them,
be relaxed..
things will return to normalcy soon...
and you will enjoy life...
