Suggest A Diet Plan For Night And Pre And Post Workout Diet

Hello, My name is Mohan and i am employed in a Sftware company and due to time constraints i only gets time to go to gym in the evening , but i am unable to decide that should i have dinner after gym or not as dont want to have carbs at the night so can you suggest some diet plan for night ,also for post and pre workout meals . thanks and regards, Mohan Seth

Dear friend , greetings from HCM... you take a snack before going to gym drink plenty of water during and after coming back from gym. if you take more of proteins instead of carb s at night .. . you may not get good sleep !!! so please take proteins during day time like egg/milk/meat/fish/sprouts etc... in 2-4 divided meals .. with small amount of carbohydrates may be in the form of milets ... do take fruits and vegetables for micro-nutrients which helps in the digestion of these food stuffs ...
