Suggest A Cream For Burning Sensation On The Skin Near Anus

Hi, since yesterday night I am having problem in stool. While passing stool I am getting burning sensation near my anus which is unbearable. I don t eat any spicy food not have any constipation problem. I am not able to walk properly. Are these symptoms of piles? What do I do... Please suggest a cream and still softening medicine so that it doesn t burn while stooling.

External or internal hemorroid may cause burning sensation around anus.

Pinworm like infection may cause itching and burning sensation around anus.

Ano rectal examination is helpful for further diagnosis.

Drink more water.
Avoid spicy and oily foods.
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Take high fiber foods.
Avoid alcohol drinking.

Maintain proper hygiene around anus.
Consent a doctor for further diagnosis.
