Suggest OTC Medicines For Common Cold And Stage 4 Cirrhosis

I have what I believe to be a common cold. I m trying to figure out what over the counter medication or remedy I can use to stop my nose from running(all clear mucus) every time my head is upright. Medications are tricky for me because I also have Stage 4 Cirrohsis and I m a recovering alcoholic. Any suggestions?

for stage 4cihrosis refrain taking alcohol and any hepatotoxic medicine. for common cold apply nasibion nasal drop and tab paracetamol with tab levocetrizine5mg tablet.
