Suggest OTC Medication For Slight Redness On Foot With Blisters

I have itchy, slight redness above great toe, skin area. goes away for a while then again few weeks later.. fungal or bacteria infections?.. some very small blisters at times 49 y. o female. pmh: asthma, bca- 10 years ago. any over the counter medications would help.. it is very minor.. or see a podiatrist ?
