Hi
Learning disability is not a contraindication for Initiation of HIV treatment.
Before starting treatment, there are clear cut protocols to b followed. A battery of investigation including viral load, CD 4 count, drug resistance, CBC , lft ,serum lipid etc. will be done. after that according to protocols, ART is initiated.
Consult a centre where ART treatment is available

Thank you
