Suggest Calcirol Sachets Dosage For Adults

My vit d is 42.95 nmol/L. My physician has prescribed cacirol sachets. Can you advise on dosage? All blood reports are normal except insulin PP 4.20 and LDL 115.80 though total cholesterol is 177 and blood sugar fasting and PP as well as insulin fasting are in normal range.

HI

Thanks for posting your query.

Well your Vitamin D levels are in normal range. There is no need for any supplement to be taken .

Just get yourself exposed to sunlight everyday that's enough. Your LDL is slightly high but no need of any medications. Just do daily brisk walking or jogging for 20 minutes and avoid sweets , carbonated drinks and non veg food.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.
