Suffering With Vitiligo, Spots Appearing On Legs, Taking Melgain And Tacrolimus Ointment. How Can I Prevent Spreading It Further?

vitilogo came for me wen i was 10 years old.now i am 25 years.,female.i had only 3 spots on legs.now in lips also coming.i am taking both melgain and tacrolimus oinment. in lips came only 5 months ago. i want full treatment on lips. i dont want to spread on any other part of the body.please give me remedy.i am losing confidence.shall i expose the affeced areas on morning sunlight. iam applying melgain oinment during night and tacrolimus during day.i hav daughter. wil it come for my daughter also.
