Suffering With Infant's Skin Eczema, Recurrence Below Chin And Neck, Advised Cutisoft. What Is Its Substitute In Australia?

Hi, my son who is 7 months old is having infant skin eczema , he was taken to the doctor when he was 3 months old for the same in India and the doc suggested it will come and go till 1 year, and he prescribed cutisoft ointment and it was vanished. but now again it has started appearing below his chin and neck . could you please suggest the substitute of cutisoft in australia? am right now in sydney;

Dear parent,
eczema is recurrent problem unless we moist the skin nicely. So I would suggest u to use a good moisturizing lotion on daily basis for prevention. And for instead of cutisoft which is a mild steroid u can try desonide ointment 3 times a day for 10 days.
