Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello, Thanks for writing in. I am a qualified and certified cardiologist. I read your mail with diligence. There is discrepancy in way you are writing echo report. Echo like coronary angiography show one vessel or 2 vessel disease. It may be showing regional wall motion abnormality. Which vessel (Left Anterior Descending, Right Coronary or Left circumflex) was subjected to angioplasty in 2005? Whether stent implantation with medicated/non medicated stent was done?. These details are to be known before any advice can be given. Only real information from echocardiography is severe Mitral Regurgitation. I urge you to see a cardiologist for example Dr Jacobe Jose in CMC, Vellore with all the records or alternatively you can upload the investigations now and write detailed history including what the patient is complaining of, to healthcaremagic before I can help you in charting out future course of action.
With best wishes.
