Hi and thanks for the query

I would advice that you get other X rays (Hirtz and blondeau) to actually have an impression of the paranasal sinuses. This could help distinguish sinus pain from other headaches. failure to respond to standardized primary headaches like migraine, cluster headaches and tension headaches.

Including the neurologist into the scene for his opinion could be important. Discrepancy between a pain from ENT origin an headaches (primary of secondary) could be of great help.

I suggest you get a reevaluation by your ENT specialist and a Neurologist in the diagnostic and management process.

Thanks and hope this helps,

Best regards,

Bain LE, MD.
