Suffering From Severe Cold With Cough And Congestion
Hello, I had a very bad cold and sore throat . With cough and congestion . I was given antibiotics and steriods for the sore thoat, It s been 4 weeks and Im feeling better buter still stufyy and have chest congestion.it s less frequent, mostly in the am. What should I do?

welcome to helthcaremagic.com.since you already have taken a course of antibiotics recently ,try to do conservative measures like doing steam inhalation early morning which helps to decongest the chest and loosens the secretions.try not to be near the Ac often and keep yourself well hydrated .Have Vitamin c lozenges ,Take care.
