First to understand it, you must know that the anal opening of a human being is lined with tissue masses called hemorrhoids. When these masses get excessively swollen then the problem starts and is extremely painful. Someone needs to inspect it carefully to decide that can the treatment be medicinal or is a surgical treatment required. You can try mixing lignocaine 1.5% and shield cream and apply it to your anal opening and internally using a syringe 3-4 times a day and that will help sooth the symptoms. Also drink plenty of water, reduce spices and eat loads of fiber as they help keep stool softer and thus puts no pressure on the swollen hemorrhoids.
