AIM 40 YEAR OLD MARRIED WITH 4 CHILDREN HAVE GENERALIZED SWELLING OVER THE BODY FOR LAST 1 YEAR PAIN IN RIGHT UPPER QUADERENT CONSTIPATION LOSS OF APPETITE AND HEAD ACHE FOR LAST 20 DAYS ALSO HAVE HIGH CHOLESTROL RAISED ALT AND ESR INCREASED PUSS CELLS IN URINE AND HIGH WBC COUNT

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the findings and the clinical complaints you have then it could be the infection and chronicity would be matter of concern condition can be managed with proper antibiotic but it may opinion differential diagnosis is great matter of concern and it has to be taken in to consideration and for that better to see the doctor hope this information helps.
