Suffering From Hair Loss And Dandruff Problem. Tried Many Shampoos No Help. Solution ?

Good evening sir,this is AAAA i am suffering from hair lose daily approximately more than 100 hairs will fall from my head and also i am suffering from dandruff also from last 3 years i am suffering from dandruff when i do head bath the fallen hairs will be more than 150.i had used all most all shampose to my head but there is no result so what i need to do to reduce the hair falling and also dandruff .my age is 22,height is 5 3,weight is 45 , i am a pure vegetarian.so kindly provide me the solution , thanks in advance

hI there. I note your food interests & your physical characteristics with interest. These will have no bearing on your dandruff status. Please try to be more specific on what shampoos you have used & how they were applied as often one does not leave it on the scalp for sufficient time to have its effect. Also you complain of hair loss. Perhaps you need a hair analysis done too. Please let me know where you live & shall be happy to recommend a good dermatologist nearby or else you are welcome to glean further details from our 'ask-a-doctor' premium service where you can look any of us up & choose your dermatologist. Online, itis a touch difficult to opine sans assessment. Please try the neutrogena scalp shampoos applied on wet scalp & left on for 10-15 mts twice/week or alternate days & let us know how you do.
