Suffering From Fever (101.4) After Having A Root Canal
Hi my 5 year old juz recieved a baby root canal nd now has a fever of 101.4 nd has a headache is this normal? Im concerned because I have never haf this done on my self or my other kids. But am now being told he shouldof had some antibiotics nd pain med persricbed? Please help im.worried

I believe that an antibiotic is needed in your case to prevent any infection spreading to the bloodstream and possibly infect the brain. I would strongly bring your child to a doctor or the hospital to be given proper antibiotics.
