Suffering From Blocked Nose,ear, Cold & Cough

hello sir, I have been suffering from cold with cough for last 20/25 days. I have taken medicines like marzon, restpod, enzomac XP, enzomac Plus. these medicines are prescribed for blocked nose with block ear. its like something gas or liquid in my ear, its very disturbing. besides taking medicines my ear is still blocked. please suggest some way for relief....

Long standing cough cold and blocked ear warrants detailed evaluation by an ENT surgeon in your own time

If you can provide more information like your age and relevant medical history I will be able to guide you better

If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for a battery of tests.like blood for CBC ESR and X ray chest with otoscopic examination of the ear.

You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of doctor

meanwhile do gargling with warm saline water
Azelastine nasal spray or other anti histaminics like fexofenadine or levocetirizine is advisable
Vitamin C and other B complex you can take to boost immunity.
