Suffering From Acidity, Pain In Stomach, Radiating To Back. Taking Medication, No Improvement. Suggest Permanent Solution?
my brother is suffering from gas problem for last 3 years. at night daily when he go to sleep, he feels gas pain in stomach which travels from stomach to chest, sholders , back side of sholders, lower back also. we went to alopathic doctor, who suggested gastric medicines, but it gives relief only when it is taken. It is not curing the problem. We want the permanent cure kindly suggest the medicine to permanently cure this problem.

The problem you have described, needs to be investigated first, and then medicated !!
The possibilities of this pain / gas trouble, being due to Pancratitis, Gallbladder disease, Gastric Ulcer, Infammatory bowel disease, or an Irritable bowel syndrome.
Thus you need to get to a Gastroenterologist, for a proper assesment. In the interim, please advise your brother to get and USG abdomen, telling the radiologist to look for these problems. Also please get a stools test done for a routine examination and Occult blood.3 samples need to be done on 3 different days.
