Hi sir my mom had a t.b disease, fully caugh, very weekness, and foot burning.. takeing medicen's as follow Tab: losar h Tab:akt 4 Tab: vsl 3 Tab: benedon (vitb6) Tab: celin 500mg Tab: panlipase Liquid: sorbiline Syrup: grilinctus-bm Tab: oflaxacin 400mg But sir its fully caugh and fully of sputum its getting to get immidate cure can you please help us..
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Since you haven't mentioned in your query that how many days your mother is taking this anti tubercular treatment. In your query you mentioned that your mother is also taking treatment for hypertension ( losartan + hydrochlorothiazize), Vitmain b, Vitamin C pancreatic enzyme lipase. So clearly mention the the diagnosis beside tuberculosis. If once tubercular patient become resistant to anti tubercular drugs ,very difficult to treat such cases. So change of one drug to another in tuberculosis develops resistance ,so avoid. If possible upload X ray ( latest chest PA view) , C B C , LIPID Profile, sugar E SR. Good luck. Dr. HET
