Hello, You are suffering from fungal infection of hands and feet which is called as dermatophytosis.It is commnon in most adult population.Becomes worse in summer and symptoms decrease during winter.You need to consult dermatologist for the diagnosis and management of this disease.Treatment of choice are topical application of antifungal agents that include ketoconazole or clotrimazole, or micanazole applied twice daily untill symptoms resolve usually it takes 1 to 2 weeks .After resolution of visible symptoms continue same treatment for next 1 week to prevent reccurence.So total duration becomes 3 weeks. Avoid sharing clothes,wash clothes in hot water with fungicidal soap and avoid touching pets with bald spots as they are often carriers of fungus
