Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
Your mother is having multiple medical issues, Chronic obstructive lung disease, chronic kidney failure and high blood pressure.
In chronic lung condition there is failure of right side of heart which causes oedema of lower limbs, which partly may be due to kidney failure too.
Her fast heart rate and low oxygen level are due to her lungs and kidney condition,.
Domiciliary oxygen therapy is main stay in the treatment of COPD; also monitor her kidney failure with renal functions periodically,
Please keep her hemoglobin level to normal level that is more than 11 gm, as anemia can further increase heart rate.
Please restrict her salt and fluid intake to improve her e]oedema, she will also require diuretics, please continue her treatment as per advice of treating doctor,
Please consult a Nephrologist and Chest Physician to give her best possible treatment.
Take care.
Good Luck.
