Suffer From Sleeplessness, Palpitations. Taking Epitril. Any Side Effect?

Hello,
My name is Rakesh from India and my age is 27
I was such a sleepy person, that if not disturbed i was sleeping very much without any problem
The problem is that i am not able to sleep from last couple of months.
The problem started in January 2013, when i used to get sleep around 1:00 am in the mornings, slowly and steadily now i am having some severe problems with sleep
Initially i also felt palpitations for couple of days, now that is seen any more presently
Went to doctor, Did ECG, that was normal and then doctor referred me to Psychiatric department
Also taking epitril 0.25 thrice in a week for last 20 days
Please suggest what to do now, i feel as if there is some thing within my body
If i will keep on taking on epitril .25, will it result in any side effect in the long run, please suggest

I have gone through your available history.
EPitril contains clonazepam which is mainly an anti anxiety drugs and also used as sedatives. It is good for sleep as well as to reduce anxiety but it has abuse potential also.
So you should follow the advise given by psychiatrist instead of taking epitril on your own.

You should also follow good sleep regime for better sleep.

You can also do breathing exercise and yoga for proper sleep and reduction of anxiety.
