You suffer from insomnia ( lack of sleep) and reddish gum
You need to follow sleep hygiene
measures like strict time table for sleeping time, avoid coffee after 6 pm, ambience of room, optimum room temperature, dinner timely ,comfortable clothes and light music.
Consult your Neurologist
for short course of drugs like zolpidem
Reddish gums are due to lack of brushing after food.
You require vitamins ( B complex ) and consult dentist
