Suffer from insomnia, reddish gums. Suggestions?

Because i have insomnia and eat at early morning, the past i never knew when to brush "at bedtime". And i never did it in the morning since i didnt do it at night. Now, ive been using mouthwash, toothpaste and floss. But, my lower gum area is a normal pink color, then below that half point it gets pale red and really lose. Same with top gums. I havent been to a dentist in a LONG time. Is this the start of something bad thing or is it just the way my gums will be until they get used to me brushing? And i brush either right before bed or after eating lets say at 2am.

Neurologist 's  Response

You suffer from insomnia ( lack of sleep) and reddish gum

You need to follow sleep hygiene measures like strict time table for sleeping time, avoid coffee after 6 pm, ambience of room, optimum room temperature, dinner timely ,comfortable clothes and light music.

Consult your Neurologist for short course of drugs like zolpidem for sleep.

Reddish gums are due to lack of brushing after food.

You require vitamins ( B complex ) and consult dentist

Hope this will help you
