Suffer From Incomplete Evacuation, On An Antianxiety Drug. What Can I Do For Relief?

I suffer from incomplete evacuation, spending more than 1/2 hr a session waiting to complete - hopefully, become nauseas during/post work out/physical activity, have a very healthy diet of largely vegetables and drink 64oz of water a day. I am currently on an antianxiety drug. what can i do for relief? it has taken over my life!

Hello. You should always mention your age.
You have not mentioned which antianxiety drugs you are using because some of the antianxiety drugs also cause constipation or feeling of incomplete evacuation.
Sine you are already taking lots of vegetables which contains lots of fibres and make the stool bulky. What you can do is take some laxative which contain magnesium salts. Also for nausea feel you may take some prokinetic agents like itopride which is pankinetic agent which will solve both the purpose. I hope this will help you in relieving your symptoms.
