Stroke At The Age Of 21. Is It Normal?

I just found out my cousin had a stroke last night. He is in the hospital and numb on his left side, arm and leg. And his face too and can t close his eye. Has anyone known this to happen so young? Did they recover well or could it be permanent damage? What would be the causes? Thanks for any info or input!

i heard of a Russian athlete who dropped dead of a heart attack at 20 or 21, he had a heart condition that tests couldn't detect, life is short and unpredictable.
