Strange Sensation In Head With Dizziness
earlier this afternoon I heard a strange pop in my head and felt sick right after had to lay down, then about an hour ago I had a strange sensation in my head vision went black and got very dizzy for maybe a second or two. I am a 43yr. woman. Thank you

hello dear, it looks like a strange blackout which may occur in tension or if u r hypertensive, or a sudden drop in bld sugar.kindly have ur BP checked.If these episodes repeat, visit a physician.
