Stopped Doing Kegal Exercises Due To Muscle Strain. How Long Does It Take To Heal?
I was told to do kegal excercises by starting and stopping the stream of urine from my penis ...i have stopped this practices because I think I may have strained the muscle??? How long does it take to heal?

It does not cause any damage so nothing needs healing. Why were you doing those s exercises that you have not specified. please mention in detail about your problem. And do not do any experiment with body without guidance of a registered practitioner
