Stool Test Done After Seeing Blood In Stool. What Does The Report Mean?

M worried about my stool report,, i noticed blood in stool... is there anything to worry about? PUS value is hight too... m also loosing my hairs.
below is my report
Age : 24
colour : grrenish
Consistency : SemiSolid
Mucus : present
Reaction : Alkaline

occult Blood : Absent

Reducing substance : absent
Fat Globules : Absent
Pus cells : 15-16 /hpf
Epithelial cells : Absent
RBC's : Occasional
OVA/LARVAE : Absent
Cysts : Absent
Veg cells/Fibres : Absent

Your stool test report is absolutely alright and no need to worry about it, if the stool is green in colour then the chances of viral diarrhoea is just likely and will go away soon without the treatment, have nice day.
