Stomach Stings When Moved And Do Crunches, Torn Muscle Or Strained Muscle

I m 15 and a swimmer, my left side of my stomach stings when i move and do crunches. The pain is high and is making me feel like throwing up, could I have torn my muscle? or strained it?

It is not a torn muscle but it can be a muscle strain.What happens when you are not doing exercise. Do you feel better. I would suggest you to show it to sports medicine specialist, and avoid these exercises for few weeks. Also take Brufen and Myoril tablet.
