Stomach Pain In Lower Side, Left Side, Bloating After Eating, Loss Of Appetite, Fatigue, Nausea. Inactive And Overweight. Advice
Hi For approximately one week now I have had Unspecified stomach pain...sometimes low intestinal..sometimes left side..sometimes in the middle...bloating..especially after I eat... loss of appetite ..fatigue..I've lost 3 pounds . I start to eat and then start feeling a little nauseated I'm eating very little..a cup of soup...saltine crackers..water, plain white toast that's dry . I am 48 year old woman who has been inactive and overweight.
How are your bowel movements? Do you have problem with constipation? Because not having regular BMs can cause some of the symptoms you mentioned. Also you should look after any blood in your stool, mostly black that may indicate a problem in the stomach or small bowel region.
However it sounds like you might have problems with gastric ulcers caused by Helicobacter plyori. I suggest you to look this up with your physician who will order a gastroscopy to take a closer look.
