Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hello! Thanks for putting your querry in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist. Since endoscopy and colonoscopy are normal then either it may be gastroparesis or small intestine pathology. I will like to advise you to get a barium meal and follow through done to see for any narrowing in small bowel. Meanwhile take low fibre diet, small and frequent meals and panprokinetic agent like itopride. I hope I have answered your query. Remain in touch and get-well soon.
