Stomach Bug With No Vomiting Or Diarrhea But Severe Stomach Cramps
i have recently had a stomach bug with no vomiting but diorhea and severe stomach cramps. I am starting to feel better now but have noticed red raised bumps on the palms of my hands. abit worried incase this is hand foot and mouth.I have no mouth ulcers.
