Stomach Ache After Overeating, Gastrointestinal Disease If Meals Skipped

My stomach is always aching if I eat too much. i was confined two years ago with amoebiasis case and suffering gastro- intestinal disease if I skip my meal. I dont take any medication. I am 28 years old, single , girl .

Hi. This means you must divide your meal into 4 equal parts as per your requirement for the whole day and should be taken with proper spacing of timing.
This will supply the required dose of food yet avoid the over-eating.
