Started To Get Hot, Shaky And Sweating After Lunch, Face Colour Fading. Family History Of Diabetes. Should I Be Concerned?

At work after lunch I got very shaky, hot and began to sweat. I also lost some color in my face . After drinking a soda and sitting in front of the fan feeling a little better went home and checked my sugar (about 30 mintues later) it read 101. I have diabetes in my family both my grandfather and father. I am a 23 year old female should I be concerned?

Hello
Your symptoms suggest that you had an attack of hypoglycemia.
Although a normal person can also have hypoglycemia but you should be concerned as you have strong family history of diabetes in your family.
Get yourself properly investigated for the diabetes.
Thanks
