Stabbing Sensation In Center Of Back, Difficulty In Breathing, Cold Shakes, Sore Legs. What Could This Be?

I have woken up with a stabbing sensation in centre of my back which is making it difficult to breath normally. During the early morning in bed I was feelingvflu symptoms of hot and cold shakes and leg soreness. Now that Im uprite I feel dizzy and fatigued. I understand all the normal flu symptoms but not the stab pain.
