Hello & Welcome to HCM,
I had gone through the case and found that this might be muscle spasm or nerve pulling during any movement,it happens so do not worry, take any muscle relaxant medicine and ointment also take rest, do not use hard pillow. It will be cured if not then go for X-ray of the shoulder to rule out other problems.Hope my advise will be helpful for you.
Thanks & Regards:
