Your all cardiac investigations are normal than there is no need to worry.
It might be muscular pain.Avoid stress and anxiety of cardiac pain.
Start oral nsaid with muscle relaxant if not improved well than intra muscular nsaid will be helpful.You cal apply local nsaid gel.
Go for certain investigations to rule out diagnosis like cbc,urine,s.creatnine,S.b12,s.calcium,D3 and also USG abdomen to rule out left renal stone.
Keep in touch with your doctor for perfect diagnosis and better medical management.
