Stabbing Pain Behind Left Breast, Hurts Worse On Touching. Mole Removed Under The Breast Again Appearing

im having a stabbing pain behind my left breast, but when I touch it, it hurts worse. I just had a mole removed under my left breast, but it turned out to be benign. That hurts there as well. I was told by my doc that if it hurts when I stab it with my finger that it is not a heart attack, but this pain has been off and on for 3 days. I have been trying to correct my poor posture by sitting up straighter. Thanks!, p.s. I am a 46 year old male.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having costo-chondritis giving you this problem.
But as it is stabbing type of chest pain, go for EKG to rule out any cardiac ailment.
Take some NSAID medicine for pain.
Apply some analgesic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
