hello, sir i am from tamiklnadu i dont now englesh very vell so sorry for my english my husbend sperm count is 6.millions dr said its very low and deficult to make child he take medicines last three months we want take semen analysis again so which time morning or evening good for take semen analysis test pls kindly reply sir

sperm count varies in same men in different periods. usually 2 to 3 days of abstinence (avoidance) from sex is needed before taking sperm count. Also avoid too much travel in bike or car, tight underwears. Take plenty of fruits like pomegranate, grapes etc. Timing is not necessary for semen analysis.
