Welcome to health care magic forum,

you have oligospermia and less motile sperm which cause impotency.

Researches show that sexual problems are directly related with mental and emotional factors, because sex is not only physical act but first is start in mind which develop desire to sex then you body response to if and also after sex person feels mentally relax.

Mostly when there is some disturbances at level of mental or emotional level like shock, grief, stress, tension, anxiety, disappointment etc. will affect to physical level at various way and mostly affect to metabolism, hormones, sexual level and/or neurological level.

Homeopathic medicine is selected with consideration of physical complain with emotional and mental factor.

Hence, it is most curative in these type of chronic diseases.
