You are likely to suffer from Urinary Tract Infection which will cause you to urinate frequently and will produce flank pain. also chance of prostitis is quite common . I advice you to know about present calculi size by Ultrasound as it will be helpful in diagnosing Pain and increased frequency in urination . If calculi left untreated it causes low back pain which increases in intensity intermittently that is not relieved by simple analgesics.
