Sore Stomach Area, Sore Back, Headache. Done Travelling. How To Overcome This Problem?
Hi I have a very sore stomach area, a sore back and a strong headache this has been the case for 4/5days now... also, I have the idea in my head that I have worms... I travelled to Egypt a few months ago and haven't felt quite myself since returning... would I be able to see worms in stool or can you sometimes not be able to notice them?

It may all due the journey, muscles gets stiff because of the restricted movements poor postures, low water intake these are the factors which brings the body to sore, have steam bath, start drinking water every after 30 minuets in little quantity, 25 to 40 ml take a good sleep, it will be fine in couple of days, have good day.
