Sore, Redness Below Lower Lip. Could It Be Due To The Cold Weather?
Below my bottom lip there is a little redness and is a little sore. Also looks like little bumps or dots where the redness is. The skin on my face is very dry on my cheeks. My most concern is the area below my bottom lip. I am not sure what it is or is it just from the cold weather? What can i do?

It may b simple folicle/boil..u may use local..cetrimide cream/fusiderm cream.
