Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The soreness in your knee is likely to be related to a ligament injury or a meniscus tear in the knee joint. A direct clinical examination and MRI scan will help in proper diagnosis. You can use an elastic knee brace for support now.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
