Some Sort Of Inflation In Scrotum

I am a 31 year old male.I have some sort of an inflated bag on the right side of my scrotum .It used to go away before and increased in size if I sneezed or coughed but now its not going away.it is aprox the size of a pear.I dont feel any pain or discomfort.When I squeeze it with my hand ,I can feel that it is filled with air.Thankyou.

Good morning ! Based on the details you provided your condition could be either a hydrocele or a hernia. Hydrocele is serous fluid accumulation in your scrotal layers. Hernia is protrusion of your abdominal contents (intestines ) to scrotal cavity. Whenever there is rise in intraabdominal pressure (coughing,sneezing, straining) the protrusion and swelling will become prominent. I advise you to see a general surgeon in your locality. Based on the physical examination he can advise you the best possible solution for your condition
