Can shingles go away with tea tree oil topical treatment and a healthy diet and exercise? Was told by a registered nurse who had not seen me but was described to over the phone for an hour or so, and she said I may have shingles. I'm only 19 & don't drink smoke or do drugs but I have excessively in my teen years . Been very healthy and clean for over a year now. What do you think it could be? They were small little itchy red coloured bumps that were oily and appeared to be fluid filled although I could not pop all of them. Similar structure to acne It seemed to me. I took warm showers and rubbed tea tree oil and celestoderm from my dermatologist on the bumps and they appear to be going away.. just wondering if I should still see a dr. University student with not a lot of Time. to spare...
