Small Pimple On Bottom Lip, Popped Twice, White Discharge. Negative STD Test. Treatment?

i have a small pimple on my bottom lip that has been there for months. It is so small it looks like a chapped lip crack or something of the sort. I have popped it twice and a small amount of white stuff came out. it doesnt hurt, isnt really raised. I just got tested for all STDs at the gyno and was negative. any suggestions?

Dermatologist 's  Response
HI,
Thanks for writing to us.
From the description it seems, it could be a closed comedone. After expressing out its contents, start applying Adapalene gel so that it heals completely. YOu may also get the lesion cauterised
Another possiblity to be ruled out is recurrent folliculitis.
If possible do meet a dermatologist for an appropriate diagnosis based treatment.
Hope this helped.
Take care
